Azure AI Developer

Job Description

We’re seeking an Azure AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI solutions using Microsoft Azure’s AI platform. You will work with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, and other Azure AI services to create intelligent solutions for our clients.

In this role, you’ll leverage Azure’s comprehensive AI and cloud services to build scalable, production-ready AI applications. You’ll integrate AI capabilities into business workflows, automate processes with intelligent agents, and help clients unlock the full potential of Azure AI technologies.

Required Experience and Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with Azure cloud services
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service and GPT models
• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio)
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning or Azure Cognitive Services
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM optimization
• Proficiency in Python and/or C# for AI development
• Experience with REST APIs and Azure Functions
• Knowledge of AI application architecture and design patterns
• Strong understanding of Azure security and compliance
• Excellent communication skills in English (Finnish is a plus)

Nice to Have

• Azure AI Engineer Associate certification or equivalent
• Experience with Azure AI Search (formerly Cognitive Search)
• Knowledge of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
• Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
• Understanding of MLOps practices on Azure
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Power Platform integration with Azure AI
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Azure Container Apps)
