These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aitomates website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Aitomates provides AI automation consulting, implementation, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information needed for delivery.
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws.
• Maintain the security of any credentials or access provided to you.

Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and will not disclose it except as required to deliver services or by law. Additional confidentiality terms may be defined in project agreements.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Project-specific terms will govern ownership of deliverables.

Warranty and Liability

Services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aitomates disclaims all warranties and limits liability as described in project agreements.

Termination

Either party may terminate services under the terms of the applicable project agreement. Obligations that should survive termination will remain in effect.
