Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade AI automation solutions. You will work with clients to understand their strategic objectives, design scalable architectures, and guide development teams in building robust, secure, and high-performance systems.

This is a leadership role where you’ll combine deep technical expertise with business strategy to deliver transformative AI solutions. You’ll be responsible for architectural decisions, technology selection, and ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and compliance.

Required Experience and Skills

• 7+ years of software architecture and engineering experience
• 3+ years working with AI/ML systems and cloud platforms
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale systems
• Deep knowledge of Azure services (Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Functions, Container Apps, etc.)
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements (GDPR, SOC 2)
• Expertise in system integration patterns and enterprise application architecture
• Experience with .NET, Python, or similar enterprise technologies
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (Finnish or Swedish is a strong plus)

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of LLMOps and AI model deployment
• Background in enterprise consulting or solution delivery
• Certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, etc.)
• Experience with data architecture and analytics platforms
• Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI practices
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (FinTech, Healthcare, etc.)
• Published technical content or conference speaking experience
